Exchange programs : how to apply ?

Contact the International Relations office of your university, that will send your application to the Exchange Programme International Students’ Admissions Office at UPEC (relint@u-pec.fr).

1/ Print and complete the online application form.  Have it signed by your educational coordination

2/ Print the learning agreement.  Have it signed by your educational coordination

3/ Sign the two documents

 4/ Send it by post to the Language and international exchange department contact of the faculty you will be registered in before:
- mid-May: if you are arriving in the 1st semester of the following academic year
- mid-November: if you are arriving in the 2nd semester of the following academic year

 5/ The educational coordinator of UPEC University will examine your application and sign the learning agreement.  Before you arrive at the university, the learning agreement shall be returned by fax, to the number you indicated on it.
