The Department of French language, culture and institutions (Delcife)teaching is a center associated to the Association of Directors of University Centers for the Teaching of French to Foreigners (ADCUEFE).

The center has been operating since 1978 and the staff are highly experienced. In this context, UPEC offers study in language and French civilisation.

There is a considerable range of services and equipment available to students : language laboratories, multimedia rooms, libraries, online courses, cultural and sporting activities, orientation services, and a reception service for international students....
