Renewal is in the air at the Maison des Langues et des Relations Internationales. The Language division of the Office of International Affairs is evolving and becomes the Intercultural and Language Space (Espace Interculturel et Langues).
For students and staff alike, it means benefiting from a wider range of services to discover world cultures and improve their language skills throughout the year.
An opportunity to experience an international spirit on campus…

A WIDER INTERCULTURAL AND LINGUISTIC OUTLOOK

With a series of new events making their entry: exhibitions, polyglot evenings, intercultural cafés and more... The idea? To facilitate exchanges between international and domestic students by offering regular mixers to grow multiculturally together.

BOTH RELIABLE AND NEW LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Building on the success of the last five years, the Bilingual Tandems and Conversation Workshops will stay on. The Languages and Cultures elective courses (UE d’ouverture) come back with new themes and languages.
For the very first time, faculty and staff can participate in theme-based international workshops to improve their professional skills in English.

EXPERIENCING THE WORLD WITH UPEC

These many free of charge opportunities for multilingual exchanges with native speakers give students and staff the chance to immerse themselves in the cultures that shape today's world. A valuable cross-cultural and linguistic background for studies as well as professional and personal life both at home and beyond.

Discover the “Espace Interculturel et Langues” starting this semester and join the more than 1,000 registered participants per year.
