Research at UPEC features

     • 23 interdisciplinary units,
     • 27 teams,
     • 2 internal technology research teams,
     • 2 community research institutes.

In total, these units develop and champion the multidisciplinary research represented in the eight areas covered by UPEC's master's degrees.
Our eight doctoral schools contribute to the development of PhD candidates and their professional integration. The Science Council supports the international mobility and collaboration of PhD students via the Quality Research Bonus (Bonus Qualité Recherche, BQR). Our researchers are particularly engaged in European programs which assist doctoral schools.

The university continues to implement the objectives of its four-year plan, which outlines the desired research outcomes.
