Consortia

To further develop international training and research projects, UPEC participates in 4 consortia.


F’SATI

Developed jointly by France and South Africa, the French South African lnstitute of Technology (F'SATI) is a higher education and research institute created in 1996 to advance knowledge and technology transfer in South Africa. An agreement signed with TUT, CPUT, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris Ile-de-France regulates UPEC's involvement in F'SATI's activities.

This cooperation enables UPEC to set up training and research in the field of satellites and includes:
• hosting a teaching researcher on-site
• collaborating with UPEC Space Campus
• student and professor exchanges with Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT)
• establishing specific bilateral and Erasmus+ agreements


Galatasaray

UPEC is a long-standing member of this consortium led by Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. This consortium of French universities, research institutions, and grandes écoles aims to support Galatasaray University (GSÜ) in achieving its objectives. Several UPEC faculties and schools are involved in activities with this university.

Designated a "research university" by the Turkish authorities (YôK), Galatasaray University is a French-speaking public university whose mission is to provide initial and doctoral training for students, train future professor-researchers for Turkish universities, organize and participate in international research programs, and provide continuing education for senior executives.

Collège juridique franco-roumain d'études européennes

The Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Études Européennes is coordinated by the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. It partners with around fifteen French universities and the University of Bucharest.

UPEC joined the consortium in 2023-2024 through a partnership with its Faculty of Law.

USTH

Created in 2009, the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) is a cooperative initiative between France and Vietnam. It is supported in its development by a consortium of French higher education insitutions and research organizations.

UPEC has been part of the consortium since 2014, contributing to its operations and co-financing teaching missions for the Faculty of Science and Technology.
