French for foreigner courses are offered within the program. 20 hours of French language and civilization courses per semester.

OBJECTIVES
The Master in International Business Administration, taught entirely in English, is a unique opportunity to study management in Paris in an international environment in one of the top public School of Management (IAE Paris Est https://www.iae-paris-est.fr/en/iae/presentation), eligible for AACSB accreditation.
The IMBA is a challenging full-time program in management. It caters to students from diverse academic, professional and national backgrounds (over 80% international students).
Our curriculum includes advanced courses that enable students to make optimal management decisions in an ever more complex business environment. It offers an opportunity to gain international transferable skills for the workplace with a compulsory 6 months internship, applied research projects, business cases, online courses and simulation from Harvard Business Publishing.
According to their grades, at the end of their first year, students can specialize themselves in one of the 2nd year Master's of any French IAE programs or other specialized curriculum in France or abroad.
There are mainly 3 options after the first year:
- to complete the International MBA cycle (M2 - 2nd year)
- to continue your studies in one of the specialized apprenticeship/alternance M2 offered by the IAE Paris Est in which work and academic training are combined
- to continue your studies at another university or ‘Grande Ecole' in France or abroad.
Our Master 1 (first year, i.e. M1) is intended for students with at least 3 years Bachelor's Degree (or 180 ECTS credits) in Management, Economics or Social Sciences, as well as students in other disciplines (Engineering, Life, Sciences, Law, Political Sciences, etc.) or junior managers who wish to boost their career.
Students can also directly choose to work in France or abroad in top corporations (e.g. Microsoft, Black Rock, Sanofi, L'Oréal..) holding positions such as Global CSR Project Manager, Business Developer, Digital Marketer, Corporate Strategy Analyst, Global Talent Manager...

ADMISSION
This program is designed for English-speaking graduated students. No prior degree in management is required but strong academic background, professional experience, and international openness is a must.
Students must have earned 180 ECTS (European credit transfer system) or a Bachelor in 3 years for a an admission in the 1st Year of the Program.
English proficiency C1 (Advanced). Students must send an english level test with their application.
TOEFL (min. iBT 90), IELTS Academic or General (min. 7) or TOEIC Listening and Reading (min. 850).
Native English-speaking candidates and candidates having completed 4 years of studies fully taught in English are exempt from this requirement.
